Muhalabiya” is a simple dessert we frequently prepare at home. My son thinks it is ice cream so he is a big fan of it. I am actually happy with his “misconception” since it is homemade without too much sugar or processed ingredients. To be completely honest, I sometimes “bribe” him a few sprinkles on top to eat the whole portion !
